Learn from academics who are actually out there teaching online
We have all at some time or another had experiences in the classroom where we’ve felt as though we could have used a few helpful words of shared wisdom from a colleague. This can be especially true for those trying to teach online for the first time!
During the course of this project, we have been lucky enough to interview some really inspiring Deans, Learning and Teaching Directors, Librarians, Academics and Students. We thank each and every one of these people for taking the time to share their hard earned wisdom with other teachers out there wanting to learn how to teach online, so that we can pool knowledge and learn from each other’s experience.
Over the coming months, we will continue to speak with a large range of teachers, students and university leaders from as many different disciplines as we can in Australia, the UK, China and the USA, to inform our upcoming Learning to Teach Online episodes. We want to ensure we represent as many different disciplines as possible, so if you see that yours is not strongly represented in the list below then please get in touch!
If you are a university academic who thinks they might have a great example of online teaching practice of your own to contribute as these people already have, then please contact us to talk over some ideas.
